not sure where bugs belong, but Ill just send it here, if you skip the intro you can't talk to elsa/sasha starting from a certain point in the story, think it happens just after you talk to the instructor to "discipline" Sasha

you need to collect every type of hidden coin in every spot/room, that includes noriko's room so you might not be able to activate cheats if you've skipped through collecting them while you were looking for the mp3 player.

Edit: I've figured it out, it was as I've said, you need to get all of the money in noriko's room. For it to be useful you need to make a new playthrough though
